- Payment information — payments are processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or bank details; we only keep a record of the payment status for your order.
- Cookies — we use an essential cookie (a guest token) to keep your in-progress biodata linked to you, and session cookies if you log in.
3. How we use your information
- To build, preview, save and generate downloads of your biodata.
- To process one-time payments for clean (watermark-free) downloads.
- To let you sign in and manage multiple saved biodatas across devices.
- To maintain, secure and improve the service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Service providers
We rely on trusted third parties who process data on our behalf:
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Google — optional sign-in (OAuth).
- MongoDB Atlas — secure database hosting for your saved biodatas.
- Our hosting provider — to serve the website.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy and security terms.
5. Data retention & your choices
Your biodatas are stored so you can re-open and download them. You can edit or delete any biodata at any time from the builder or your dashboard. To request deletion of your account or data, email us and we will action it promptly.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The service is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do.
